A new website – Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO)

2021

Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO)

How might we redesign and redevelop our website to better tell our story and create a better user experience for visitors?

ACSO delivers programs to help break the cycle of people repeatedly entering the justice system because they lack the support to make change.

At the outset, ACSO enlisted rowdy’s expertise to craft a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy, a journey that entailed extensive engagement with diverse audience groups. Through this process, we gathered pain points, varied perspectives, unique needs, past experiences, and invaluable insights.

A pivotal recommendation from this marketing and communications strategy was the design and development of a new website, seamlessly equipped with integrated forms and CRM capabilities. This project involved in-depth consultation with users, paving the way for the development of wireframes which, in turn, evolved into the website’s design and development phases. Rigorous user testing subsequently affirmed that the new website would deliver a significantly better experience.

The project delivered substantial value to the audience by providing them with a user-centric website, improved accessibility to information and services, and a more streamlined process for engagement. It ensures that ACSO’s mission is communicated effectively and that individuals seeking support can easily connect with the organization, ultimately enhancing their experience and engagemen

Greater value was achieved by:

  • Improved accessibility

  • Streamlined processes
The ability for stakeholders to effortlessly submit forms through the website represents a significant improvement in user experience. This streamlined and accountable process offers convenience and efficiency, ultimately benefiting both the audience and ACSO.
