How might we create a responsive website that allows YWCA Canberra to effectively engage with property owners and tenants?

YWCA Canberra, a trusted registered community housing provider, has supported Canberrans for more than 60 years with transitional housing, affordable housing, and supportive tenancy services. Recognising the urgent need for affordable rental properties, YWCA Canberra partnered with rowdy to launch Rentwell, a property management service that provides affordable rental properties owned by private investors to individual and families struggling to secure and maintain tenancies in the mainstream market.

To enhance their outreach and engagement, YWCA Canberra needed a responsive website that allowed them to communicate effectively with both property owners and tenants. Rowdy designed and developed a website that not only facilitated seamless property management but also reflected the new brand identity. This required a strategic approach, tight project management, and strong communication with the project team to ensure the website launched in conjunction with the brand.
