How might we create a cohesive and youth-focused brand for WorkSafe ACT’s Young Workers Strategy that drives engagement and aligns with its overarching identity?

WorkSafe ACT needed a distinct brand identity for its Young Workers Strategy to resonate with young workers and stakeholders. The challenge was to deliver a relatable, impactful brand that aligned with WorkSafe ACT’s master brand and could be implemented quickly.

 

Rowdy used a collaborative and structured approach:

  • Discovery and strategy
    Conducted a discovery session to understand objectives, audience needs, and challenges, including input from the Youth Advisory Council.

  • Brand development
    Designed and refined up to three brand options, selecting a final brand that reflected the strategy’s goals.

  • Application
    Applied the approved brand to key collateral such as an A3 poster, PowerPoint template, and email signature.

  • Style guide
    Delivered a style guide with brand basics, color palette, typography, and application guidelines for consistent use.

  • Consultation
    Balanced stakeholder input through focus groups and interviews to validate creative directions and ensure alignment.

This approach ensured a youth-focused, cohesive brand ready for effective rollout within the required timeframe.
